Workforce Capability Profiling
Our proprietary Workforce Capability Analysis is a granular level diagnostic providing a thorough data-driven characterization of current workforce. The objective is to establish a Capability Profile covering key features of employee capability and capacity, directly applicable to HR strategies and focus, and mapped to Organization Effectiveness.
Our methods generate a Capability Index, which is evaluated against expected organization design or external benchmarks. This analysis provides a Capability Gap Analysis which serves as foundational data to inform subsequent HRM and OD focus. Leadership, learning, competencies, engagement, workforce planning, succession, and HRM practices all benefit from these insights, in addition to generating a HR Analytics Framework for continued HRM strategy and planning (see also HRM Auditing & Assessment page). Success Profiling builds on the capability profile and gap analysis to create a targeted approach for solutions across recruitment, learning, succession, and competency frameworks. Competency Assessments and Psychometric Assessments are included within this framework, and can also be conducted independently (see Support & Change).

ORGMASTR has developed and tested a model and methods to assess all personnel to provide individual and total workforce data and insights. Our data reveals:
Capability Profile (multi-factor) – What does Capability look like overall?
Success Profile – What is the Profile supposed to be (individual and total)?
Capability Gap Analysis – What is the gap between Actual and Success?
Capability Index – What general measure can we apply to ‘Capability?’
For Organization Performance, we should really know what we’re looking for in a Workforce Capability to achieve it (e.g., competencies, knowledge, leadership, culture).
At ORGMASTR we can help with that through our Organization Design expertise.
But to understand Workforce Capability TODAY, we need to measure it. We need to create baseline data-driven insights which say ‘This Is Our Capability’ for People. A Measure.
This provides a starting point to support all HR strategies – talent management, succession, retention, L&D, competencies, workforce planning, performance management, etc.
