This method evaluates the functional capability Human Resources. Our method is built through 7 primary functional domains and 35 sub-domains.

The objective is to assess all functional areas through data-driven and structured evaluation, applying weighting criteria as required, and determine a HRM Gap Analysis and HRM Optimization Priorities. Strategic HRM evaluation is subsequent to this audit, and follows the general approach in the Organization Design Capability Assessment.
